Greetings!

I wish I could be there today with you to celebrate your achievements.

I’m sending you a very heartfelt congratulations, as you embark on this next adventure in your lives.

As the second graduating class in one of Indianapolis’ most successful Mayor’s-sponsored charter schools, you have been given a real opportunity. Since the doors opened here, Irvington Preparatory Academy has consistently ranked among the top performing schools. And we’ve heard from parents who have either moved to Irvington or stayed in Irvington solely because of this school. That is a remarkable compliment, and a real indicator of an impactful, high quality school.

Irvington Preparatory Academy prepared you to be competitive in the global economy of today. Your education in Irvington provides you a solid foundation. So remember to take with you the lessons that you have learned with you and apply them.

I hope for all of you the best as you move on to the next step in your lives. You are our future leaders, and we are counting on you to well beyond the doors of Irvington Preparatory Academy.
