VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Along with partnering with parents in stewarding their children's educational development, the ICS encourages parents to work with us as volunteers.

Curriculum & Assessment

IPA offers a rigorous academic program with a focus on individual results and achievement.

CLUBS & PROGRAMS

Our goal with the clubs is for children to engage one another with shared interests in subjects outside of the curriculum they experience throughout the school day.

DRESS CODE & OTHER POLICIES

To ensure a successful educational experience for our students, ICS has established these dress codes and policies.

Combination Locks

At the beginning of each school year, all 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th graders are issued, at no cost to the students, a combination lock for their individual hallway locker. The lock will be collected at the end of the current school year. A non-ICS issued lock (i.e. one brought from home) is expressly forbidden and will be removed upon discovery.

Each student has the responsibility to:

  • Memorize his/her combination;
  • Keep his/her combination to him-/herself;
  • Understand the use and operation of the lock; and
  • Keep the locker locked when not in use.

Failure to comply with the above responsibilities could result in the loss of the lock and the privilege to have locker contents secured..

If a combination lock is lost, the student will be issued one (1) additional lock at a cost of $7.50 that must be paid in advance. If the second lock is lost, the student will be billed $7.50 and will lose lock privileges for the remainder of the school year.

ICS Executive Management reserves the right, at any time, to open, inspect, and/or remove any student’s lock, locker and/or contents without any cause, warning or notification.

Use of the locks is at the sole discretion of ICS and may be revoked at any time.
