Clubs

ICMS offers a wide variety of enrichment clubs to our students from 3:35 – 4:15 p.m. Clubs are open to any student in grades 6-8 who is in good academic standing. Our goal with the clubs is for students to engage one another with shared interests in subjects outside of the curriculum they experience during the school day. This helps them grow intellectually, as well as experience group learning in a more casual setting with teachers and/or staff members who share the same outside interests as the students. Clubs also provide an excellent platform to improve students’ collaborative skills. Further, students form new friendships and deepen existing ones by sharing involvement in extracurricular interests.

Irvington Honor Society/STUCO, Raven News Network (weekly recorded news program), Maintenance Club, Ukulele Club (new this year), Drama Club (2 productions per year), and Dodgeball Club (twice weekly). ICMS also offers competitive academic teams through Math Pentathlon for 6th and 7th grade students as well as an exciting and ever-growing Raven Robotics Team.
