End-of-Year Medication Pickup Alert

An important notice from the Learning Well Clinic at ICS:

All medications, both prescription and over-the-counter, must be picked up before the end of the school year, which is Friday, June 13. Any medications left in the clinic will be destroyed. They cannot be stored in the clinic for use next school year!

Parents/guardians may come in from 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. on June 5 and 6 and June 9-11, and between 7:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. on June 12 and 13, to retrieve their children's medications. If you're unsure whether or not your child still has medication at school, please contact Brooke Robeson, ICS school nurse, at 357-5359, and she will check for you. We may send home medication with a student if the student's parent/guardian provides written permission for the student to receive and transport the medication.

Also, please remember to call Mrs. Robeson if you want your child to receive a chickenpox vaccine on Tuesday, June 10. We need to know how many doses of vaccine to order. If there is no interest, we will not hold the shot clinic. There is no cost for this service.
