- Jodie Lannan has taught elementary school for six years, the past four here at ICES. Mrs. Lannan also has 11 years prior management and leadership experience in the banking and retail industries. As Director of Operations and Instruction, her focus is on the operation of all academic programs, including curriculum development and implementation, monitoring student progress, and supporting classroom teachers. She also manages the daily operations of the building.
