Mr. Mulherin was named ICS Inc. Chief Operating Officer in March 2011. He has been an employee of Irvington Community Schools since 2007, previously serving as Client Services Manager. He holds a master of arts degree in Journalism from Indiana University, a master of science in management degree from Indiana Wesleyan University, and a bachelor's degree in English from Indiana University.
